Recently, I was interested in hybrid car so I thought that this presentation was the informative presentation to me. If fossil fuels will be depleted in the future, we have to use an alternative energy source and we have to ride in electric car. Hybrid car is transitional period car from gasoline car to electric car so it is interesting field to me who major in Electrical Engineering.
We discussed the advantages of the hybrid car in the class and my opinion was that hybrid system make to break away dependence of fossil fuels.
First reason is that it is eco-friendly system. Hybrid system make electric energy using the waste of mechanic energy so we can reduce air pollution as much as the generated electric energy.
Second reason is that it is economical system. The price of oil continued to climb steeply so the more The price of oil rise, the more hybrid system that it is passible to save the oil of 25% will be economical system.
Although there are still to be improved, the prospect of a hybrid car is the bright side.
I agree that we have to ride in electric car. More and more, electric car is being developted. I think the electric car will be common within 10 years.

I also agree with LIM ILSUP's opinion. It's more and more common to use electric cars in advanced countries. I also think that, as you said above, the hybrid car is the bright side of our car-industry and our environment, but at this point of time, purchasing the hybrid car has a high risk. Because before we are rewarded of the star-up costs (the high price of the hybrid car), electric cars would be released and common at last. To sum up, the hybrid cars are bright side to the Korean car-industry and environment, but buying this car has a high risk at this transition period.

I'm glad to know that the presentation was helpful~ I completely agre with you~Well~eventhough hybrid cars have some disadvantages it's important for us to realise its importance~ I guess that as the automobile manufacturers do more research, eventually they'd be able to fix the faults of the current model~ Automanufacturers have have announced plants to make their own battery disposing units, so i think in the future, we'd be able to recycle the batteries without polluting the enviroment~cheers~
답글삭제At present, no matter what the hybrid cars cost us and it has some disadvantages, people should drive the hybrid cars for our environment. Anyway in the near future, we have nothing to choose, but the hybrid cars or alternative powered-car. And I believe that car companies will overcome current difficulties in improving their technology. So I think we don't need to be worried to much. We just wait more just for several years.
